Vicki Cloutier

Vice President

Vicki and her family moved to Houma in 1984. She managed her husband's eye practice until 2019. 

Vicki and her husband Budd have been involved in ministering to married and pre-married couples for over 30 years. 

They have four children and five grandchildren. 

In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, God opened the door for her to join together with a few other patriots to form We the People Bayou Community. Vicki stepped in willingly to fight for truth and transparency, and to encourage legislators and citizens to honor the Constitution of the United States, which is designed to keep us free.

Vicki is a native of Springhill, Louisiana and a graduate of Northwestern State University.
